Managing Food Safety and Sanitation is a sanitation manual for institutions, hospitals and restaurants.  The EBook self-study guide is approved by ANFP for 10 hours of continuing education credits for Certified Dietary Managers and 10 hours of continuing education credits for Dietetic Technicians and Registered Dietitians.  In order to claim your credits, you need to complete a short quiz and submit the answer sheet with a grade of 80% or better.  You will be emailed a completion cerfificate which will be used to claim your continuing education credits.  If you are both a Certified Dietary Manager and a Dietetic Technician, you can claim credits for both agencies!  This is a wonderful way to earn continuing education credits from the convenience of your home or office.

    This sanitation manual was very informative, had easily adaptive forms to utilize in a workplace and was easy to stop/start where I was in the reading/studying process. The self check tools were great to assure that I was understanding the materials presented.
